Everything!!! I was more than impressed with their service, and most of all with their courtesy.I travel often, and use hotels often. And I must say that this was by far one of the best serviced hotels. It's the quality of the people working there. I hope to come back, and will recomend this hotel to my friends. Thank you.Wonderful service and the restaurant offers Sushi buffet are great so many different sushi dishes but it also not cheap. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance! The restuarants were fantastic, the personnel was helpful, and the room was lovely.Very comfortable, excellent staff and facilities. Good location.everything was excellent /check in doesnt take a few minutes/very good staff. the best bed I have ever had so far.. comfortable..the hotel has a large rooms with comfortabel beds. The location is ideal to the airport and the place is very quite.Availability of health club, Next2 bar. Friendly staff, felt very welcomed. Check-in took longer than expected but the hotel has employees at the lobby to warmly greet and welcomed us; made the check-in wait less uncomfortable after long flight in. Concierge facilities were available for us to store our baggage and took off for the city while waiting for our room to be ready post-check-in. Conveniently located in front of main tram.Convenience to the airport and the shuttle service. Rooms of a good standard. All floor staff are friendly. No airport shuttle available.the smell of one room when i enter the room was always cigarettes/the voice of the ladies which are cleaning the rooms was always very high from early morning the 3 nights i stayed. no welcome drink, at least water, but we still have to pay for it???. I had problem in checking in , they made me to wait few hours to get to my rooms. i had the booking.com confirmation but yet the front desk staff were not helpful. i had to call booking.com who helped me a lot.My complaint is that the front desk staff acted as if I were the first person ever to arrive from the airport at that hour of the morning after a long transatlantic flight, when in fact it must happen several times every week, if not every single day. You should have some way to accommodate such guests.Perhaps the hotel could provide foc wifi / hotspots in the lobby for registered guests to use. Also, complimentary mineral water is always appreciated instead of having to pay for it.
