Very nice and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. My kids and myself enjoyed the stay even if it was for one night.Fantastic service from all the staff. Excellent room on the 9th floor, really special. Would definately go back.Room was spacious and well appointed. We like the proximity of the Airport, the size of the rooms, have stayed there several times and have never been disappointed.Everything: dinner at the Appenziller tube restaurant, comfort of the room, especially - buffet breakfast. Professional service However there were no slippers in th room.I do not like shoes in the house or Hotel room hence slippers must be provided as walking round with shoes on is not hygenic. We chose not to eat breakfast there, but the price was outrageous. We had a very nice breakfast in the airport for less than half the cost. In fairness to the hotel, they did clearly tell us the price of breakfast when we registered.The first room we git was, also if signed as a non-smoker-room, obviousley used by a smoker; but the hotel gave us immediately an other room.yes .... I tried seven (7) times to call the USA with my calling card and finally reached my wife on the 7th call. The hotel charged me 5.00 chf each time I picked up the phone and tried the call (even the times there was no answer). The hotel charged me a total of 35 chf for these calls and I only got through one time for a 2 minute call. That's a little bit ridiculous ..... more like absurd. Wake up call was 15 minutes late which was a stress for our early flight. Beds on wheels - noisy when I moved.Having to pay for broadband internet access.Internet was not free of charge (these days, most four stars up are providing free service). No welness facility except a small gym. Breakfast was overpriced while the quality was good (33 CHF) . Also I booked only one traveller, but they charged for two persons (city tax, and breakfast). I pointed out and they corrected.overpriced for the quality of the room.When we arrived at 14.30 on a Saturday most of the facilities were closed and did not open until 18.00. As a result we ended up in down town Zurich and had a great time. Thanks for your help.Take more attention on the food preparation, we find hair in the food. And they just say sorry for that. Really bad survice, not frendly.
