very very quiet place, in the park, far from the city. nice location in a park. The only good thing about the hotel was one friendly and helpful receptionist who prevented her co-worker from charging the complete stay as a tip! It is a beautiful hotel and setting.

Good value and nice setting - though would have been able to appreciate the gardens more in the summer or spring. Room was large and clean. Location was quiet and well connected by bus and tram to central Geneva. the room was a little noisy. The breakfast was pathetic. With the exception of one receptionist the staff was unfriendly and our room was not serviced regularly and when it was it was not cleaned properly. There was no one at the desk when I checked out at 6 am for an early flight. So, no possibility to call for a taxi and no possibility to get a refund for the adapter I had to pay on arrival. Noise levels in the big house were terrible. Got woken up most nights / early mornings by people talking and going past my room. Breakfast was basic & did not offer any fruit. Very noisy due to wooden floors, breakfast a joke.
