Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, hairdryer in the bathroom, quite very smart hotel with easy access to Geneva on the tram and lovely country walks in the immediate area. Staff were all very polite and all spoke English. Very good Italian style restaurant opposite.Very good breakfast. Beautifully furnished. Tea facilities in the room.all reviews

Before we knew where the hotel was located we got off severalstops too soon.Public transport in not that frequnet.Is far away from the city center/train station. It would be perfect to have air conditioners in the rooms. That's the only "but" with the hotel.Room very very hot.forgot to give us our daily transportation card, had to ask about breakfast in room option.it says in the description that it is 3 min from the center of watches and jewelery. but actually it is 3 min from the industrial center of watches and jewelery which is very very far from down town about 30min by bus. this is not stated clearly in the description and I personally felt tricked.WLAN access in third floor is not stable, but for free; my room was pretty warm, but I think a portable air-condition is available. The hotel is situated far from the old center of city. It takes you 20 min to get to there by bus. The staff of the hotel are very reseved (not friendly).Not warm enough (especially in bathroom).Absence of air-condtioning made it difficult to sleep. Also, the tiny plastic picks for stirring tea/coffee should be replaced with something a little sturdier and shoule be replaced every day, ours broke and we had trouble with our tea.no room service or food after hours. The price could be lower (but geneve in general is very expensive). The only discomfort during our stay was the temperature in Geneva and the absence of Air Conditioning. It was too hot and the rooms were really warm. Opening the windows wasn't an option cuz either the traffic (noisy scooters) or the bells of the nearby clock/church would wake u up quite often.Would have like to eat in of an evening. Early morning road construction (starting at 7 am). This was not the hotel's fault, but did have impact on our stay.Installation of airco is recommended. Hot, very hot in the rooms and the bells of the church every 15 min. the room was small with the ceiling above the bed sloping 45 degrees to just above the headboards!. No parking!?!?!. location-too far from Geneva center. rooms too small and smelled of smoke.yes, poor service. remout controller in the room was not working and there was no one to fix the problem.room was too warm for comfort. Very small room. The cealing was too steep and not high enough. price was high-out of center. My room was at the top floor: nice but a little bit "short" because of the roof (my feet, when sleeping, almost touched the ceiling).The beds were too small for anyone taller than average height. After asking to change bedsize you swapped for another of the same length.single room is very small. internet is not working in the hotel. the reception staff were not professional.almost evrything-no aircondition,very far from center,noisy and more.
