The room is very clean, with the geneva day pass, it is quite convenient for to and from downtown area, question is you have to find the best way, I arrived by train, it was a hard work to get to the hotel with my boy from the train station, but we change to the bus the next day, everything is just great. English speaking receptionists. Very pleasant and helpful. Free bus, tram and train pass for the duration of our stay.

For me the main attraction of this hotel is that it is walking distance to our office in Geneva )) which saves me taxi fare. Excellent staff kind and helpful, you get a card to use free all types of public transport and it works perfectly. Very quiet and easy access into the centre of town. The staff is polite, the hotel is well situated. Staff Clean Room size. Price, location. + very friendly and courteous staff. neat and friendly staff. Nice staff, clean. Password for the wifi is out of work on the morning, I suppose it should be 24 hours?. No tea, coffee or milk after the first night. Toiletries not replenished after the first night. Expensive if you wanted to buy a breakfast. a little difficult to locate even with the gps. None. very dog friendly and good service and information from the staff Nice and quietly situated. As a hotel which is widely used by business travelers, they could add a couple of small things like iron and an electric kettle. When I stay there for more than 2 nights, these are the things I miss most... A/C doesnt work properly. No atmosphere, a bit like an airport hotel, no character. I was given a small room on the ground-floor on an extremely hot day. The window cannot be opened, the air-conditioner is a big machine in a cupboard: noisy, blowing warm air and on top of that emitting light in the night. When I asked for it, I was transferred to another room on the first floor, which was very pleasant. The groun-floor room should not be used!!!! Don't accept it. Old fashioned Small tv. no shower cabin, only bath top. Would prefer a restaurang in the same building. - obsolete equipment - disproportionate ratio of price and quality - dogs are charged, but the corridors (hair) are not cleaned after them. not value for money at all. location is not very centred baby cot bed costs extra expensive but not worth the value.
