Really enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the price of our room. The breakfast buffet was very good and the room was very clean!. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean hotel in all areas. The room was simple (no carpet; no pictures on the wall), but spaciousand attractive. The location in the old city was pleasant. Staff werehelpful in getting us a bus to the Bern airport (even though they didn'tknow anything about this bus).

Poor breakfast,room not so clean the first night ,nearest car parkexpensive 30chf/night. did not like the 'plastic' bathroom cabin slotted into the room. It was the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. So consequently I had very little sleep that night.Breakfast was not particularly good.poor breakfast; expensive for the type of service and quality of the rooms. The en-suite facilities were absurdly small and did not offer adequate privacy. Using these facxilities was positively embarassing The sliding door didn't shut properly , so that on several occasions I was sitting on the loo and the door would slide open and I'd be facing my husband who was lying on the bed about three feet away! Hardly conducive to a romantic holiday!!. But our room was harrible.
