Location, and very helpful staff. The lobby was nice and spacious, the breakfast buffet offered many choices. Good lokation, clean, excellent breakfast. Convenient for site seeing. All good. 1. Room Size: The superior room which we booked through this service was much smaller than the regular room which we booked elsewhere. Granted, the furniture was brand new and it overlooked the garden. But what use is a view if you can't get to the window because there is no room besides the bed? 2. Front Desk Staff: Did not reserve restaurant after promising to do so.
