Good staff, clean, nice breakfast and lovely decration in the hotel. The hotel is not far away from the centeral station(takes about 10 mins to go on foot) and is located in the main street of Stockholm. As you on the way to check in, you just have a briefly Stockholm city tour! This time we lived in a room with private toilet, but we found that the public toilets were very good, if you want a economy choice, maybe you can try rooms without private toilet.

Localisation of the hotel was very good- you can get to the most of atractions by foot. 8 minutes walk from Central Station (all buses to all airports). Very close to main shopping street (2 minutes walk).Breakfast delicious, coffee and tea available all the time. Very nice and big room with fantastic and very soft bed. Perfect location. Big spacious room, wooden floor, very high ceiling. We liked soft bed mattresses and pillows. Quiet street, we slept with an open window, there was no noise at all. Although it is a very old building and nothing like todays standard hotel, we liked it very much and would recommend it to everyone. The room are comfortable, very large and clean in its typical nordish style.The staff is very kindly. Also the bathrooms, even if they are in common, are very clean and I've never had to wait to use it. Good position, near to the central station and the shopping street. The breakfast buffet was really, really good for a hotel at this rate. The walls are not sound insulated, i stayed at the 1st floor, i woke up with people walking to breakfast room, passing through the the same corridor where the rooms are. Expensive parking place. A little far from the train station, reception not open 24 hours, shared bathrooms. price. The reception counter should be open for longer hours. No tea facilities in room and kitchen on the next floor. Ran out of black tea, eggs and bananas after a busy weekend. No cooked breakfast. Shared bathrooms left a bit to be desired during the day as cleaned daily only. The bathroom is on the corridor but this doesn't cause problems. Housekeeping was generally very average to poor - Rooms cleaned late in the day and often bathroom was had left over cleaning material in it. The room was far from soundproof. We could even hear our neighbors snoring, let alone people going to the toilet at night. That's why I don't recommend. Some rooms have a shared bathroom (located in the corridor) The street seems quiet, but in the morning cars can be loud there. The room is really very small. And i'm not used to the common shower and toilet on the corridor, but it was clean and never busy so OK. A bit noisy from neighbours. The room was too small, no room for 2 cases.we hoped to get some breads more at breakfast, people were such noisy at corridor - it sounded to room, toilet at our room wasn't cleaned very well... the (toilet) seat was wet etc... reception always closed !. Hotel has common bathroom which is not good, this is hotel is not upto the mark for the money we pay.
