The friendly, welcoming and helpful hotel staff. Good quiet location both for a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants of Palamos and handy for the main route out without getting stuck in traffic. Lovely old building and sun-trap garden with pool and jacuzzi. - Very well run hotel. Calm and peaceful.

Third stay this year - Mas Falet is a favourite when in the area.
I like the layout, colours and fabrics in the rooms.
The ambitious restaurants is very nice with great menus.
The wine selection is great with good local Emporda wines.
Both Conchi and Alfredo makes us smile when we return.
