every thing was perfect. i was very glad of staying in that place!. The room was well equiped and very clean. Whilst the hotel was ideally situated and staff extemely friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel. I liked the tv, the free internet, and that the room wascarefully prepared with anything that I needed. the rooms were clean and hotel was in excellent location staff were very friendly and helpful.
all reviews » Good location close to centre and railway station, nice and clean room, friendly staff. Hotel location is good for connection to airport via tube(10 min walk from station) and walking into old part of town. Quiet side street even during Las Fallas ( ask for a room at the back). The two cafes over the road are alright but recommend 10 min walk to Mercat Central for breakfast, much more atmosphere. For Las Fallas I couldn't think of a better place to stay.Spotlessly clean. Very convenient - 40 minutes from airport baggage hall to hotel reception desk, by metro. Quiet. Very comfortable. Close to Plaza Ayuntamiento and shopping on Calle Colon. the room's size and furniture, the position near the downtown and public transport. Within walking distance of the historic center of Valencia. Very nice hotel, large double room with lovely bathroom.big room with nice bathroom, wide beds and lcd 26" TV. the hotel is really close to the central squares of the city that are reachable by foot in a few minutes. very good ratio quality/price. No newspapers available in English...There is very little atmosphere in the hotel itself as the lobby area is the only place to sit with fellow guests should you wish to. A small bar would be nice, even if it just did bottles. The restaurant seemed v.under used but as we didn't use it I can't comment on the quality. Nothing whatsoever. I would recommend strongly and would not look for another hotel if going to Valencia again.it was all right. Breakfast, although a full American/English breakfast, was expensive.No car park at hotel though we received a discount via the hotel at the ajoining car park, 18 euro's per 24 hours. well, the exterior is not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. the carpet looks older than the rest.The heating system made the room too hot - it did not seem to regulate heat. Indifferent breakfast. No internet service in the room. No bar to speak of. Room service drinks and snacks were expensive though this may be because of the current exchange rate. the same problem as lots of other hotels: a bit noisy rooms. You don't want to know when your neighbour takes a bath...Our room was at the back and there was a terrible noise coming from what I assume was the air conditionoing system. We could not keep our window open. Coffee/Tea making facilties not in room. No outlook, the staff were mostly unfriendly and only helped if asked. For example they have maps of Valncia at the check in desk but dont actually offer these to people when they book in The msp we use most of the time was given yo us at the airport.. location was not really in the historic core, but was about 10minute walk. Hotrel position was quiet, but possibly only if you are on the top floor.The reception was a little vacant and unfriendly. The hotel room including the bathroom was very hot (to the point where my creams were melting). When we asked the hotel staff about this they said the air conditioning is not switched on in the winter.We left the "do not disturb" sign on the door when we left the room to go out because we did not want our stuff to be moved around (we had a lot of stuff!!!) but the cleaning lady entered however and of course that she rearranged everything in the room.... The guys from the front desk had very long faces and looked very unhappy and bored to be there. too much noise from reparation of nabo house - when its finish, the hotel is fine!. Hotel staff should speak more languages.
