We have stayed in a number of apartments in Spanish cities and this was the best yet. Spacious, well furnished and laid out, everything looked brand new. We enjoyed the terrace with view over the pretty courtyard and the fact that our 1 bedroom penthouse apartment had an extra cloakroom as well as the ensuite with large walk-in shower. The building was so quiet with absolutely no noise from other apartments or the street, despite being quite close to a busy road. The electrically operated windo.

Close to 2 metro stations or walk into City. Very convenient for airport 21 minutes on metro - no changes! City is unremarkable, Arts and Science Park is amazing, beach is dreadful. We were allowed an early check in for free and the apartment was brand spanking new. Milk, juice, water and hot drinks free of charge in room. Very modern flat with excellent wifi, 10 minutes walk from everything in the old city. Flat quiet at night, double glazed doors to balcony over hang. Would definitely stay again. Fourth time to Valencia, best flat yet. The apartment was great - very clean and luxurious. We stayed at a 2-bedroom apartment facing the internal garden and we had a huge terrace with sunbeds. Upon our arrival, we received a box of orange juice, milk, coffee, hot chocolate which we all thought was a very nice touch. Highly recmmend restaurant on ground floor - fabulous paella and sangria. Excellent location, 5 mins from metro stations and supermarkets. 15 minute walk into old town and near central train station. Very clean, modern, wi fi signal vg, secure, safe, and spacious. Covered/ locked parking is possible in the building (eur 12/day in April 2013). Wi-Fi is free. Flats For You The apartment is modern and spacious and looks brand new at first sight. It has a well equipped kitchen and a small balcony, overlooking a beautiful courtyard/garden. It is located in a quiet street. Metro and buses are on walking distance. You should say, all ingredients are there for a perfect stay. However, Flats For You is a failing organization. Their business is renting flats in a building that is not theirs and they don’t seem to care what is going on there. On our arrival,. As has been mentioned previously first impressions are important and these apartments fail dismally.You are greeted with an entrance which is not inviting and then to corridors of dirty green carpet and dirty walls. The aparment is difficult to access from the parking area..two lifts in two different blocks which makes it difficult to get luggage to your apartment. The apartment was clean although the bathrooms smelled.The showers have plastic shower curtains in them.The double bed strangely en. Very little -the sofabed in the living area was not very comfortable for use as a sofa, and it would have been good if the restaurant had opened for serving breakfast before 11.00 am as we would have used it if it had, being very reasonably priced. We felt the carpet in the ground floor corridor would be better replaced by wooden or tlled flooring as it is not easy to keep clean and spoils the look of an otherwise immaculate building. No one appeared to let us in until 4.00pm,(it said 3.00pm on bookings docs).Then never saw him again. Internet was very poor often none at all in spite of Technical support. Nothing. We were a bit annoyed that we were charged extra 30 Euro for checking in after 8 pm but not a big deal really. Call the apartment when you arrive at airport/station as it's not 24 hour reception. We waited 20 minutes as we didn't phone (although we provided arrival details in advance). Nothing. Nothing. Had to wait one hour to check and and could not contact the check-in person by phone despite being told to tall at in advance to announce our arrival. Internet access went dead last night & morning because a neighbor in whose apartment the router was located reset the router (perhaps by mistake). The router should be covered up so that nobody can mess with it!. A double bed made out of two single beds, but with single bed linen, so difficult to put together to actually make it a double bed. Need to put double size bedding if putting the beds together, otherwise it is pointless. ...nothing. Internet not in room but just outside door.Sure this will be rectified. Needed a set of drawers in wardrobe, as I was too short to reach shelf in wardrobe, but none of this spoilt our stay.Will definitely book again and tell others. We stayed for 3 days and were very disappointed that there was no maid service also 24 hour reception consisted of a "doorman" any problems had to be sorted out by telephone. lack of tea towel otherwise it was great. the wifi was very disappointing mainly non existent our usual responses were never better than weak fair or poor and the internet level was never more than 5 a washing machine in the apartment would be great. waiting time for check - in , the rest was absolutely ok. We need to wait for the arrival of the staff to check in. staff don't speak english. There should be 24 Hours assistance. The mattress is very hard, like often in Spain. There are no shelves in the wardrobe. If you stay for 1 or 2 nights, no problem, but if you stay longer it is not pleasant. I would highly recomend you to pay a little more for a nicer apartment.The only positive for this place is the location to the city. It took quite a time before someone came to enter our room. The appartement is situated in a bigger complex. The smell in te complex wasn't that fresh. The bed didn't sleep well. Locks on balcony doors were damaged, the neighbour's cat (not everyone loves cats!), dusty public areas. no shelves or drawers in th eflat - totally impractical. They said on the site that the reception is open 24 hours, but we was waiting 40 minuts for check in.The apartament is small and bad smelling.
