  We got upgraded to a larger room after negotiating with one particularly nice concierge. The lounge areas, breakfasts and swimming pool were all excellent, as was the location. - Staff excellent and very helpful. We had half board and the restaurant was excellent. Wonderful choice at breakfast and interesting menus at evening meals

  Five star service from arrival to checking out. Very attentive staff. Excellent location to the ski lift. Buffet breakfast very good service and choice. Lovely room with nice views, bathroom rather small though! The hotel's close proximity to the ski lift was particularly important to me so this was a great advantage.

  The manager, Jurdi, was very kind and helpful. He gave me great information about local hikes in the area and even helped out when I had some car trouble. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
