  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Some ... what people say » say it is 10 minutes to the cathedral. You might be running, then? I'd say it is a good 15 minute walk if not 20. But very doable. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life.   Not noisy, close to the center and is accessible by car, parking on the street, if you're lucky, or in an underground paid parking nearby. - People very friendly easy to go around and relaxing plus its a historical area.
