Featuring a modern décor in light colours, each bright apartment is air-conditioned and has wide windows and parquet floors. Each comes with an open-plan kitchen, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. All apartments are interconnected and can be combined to have more capacity. The Avenida apartments can be reached through the Puerta De Jerez metro stop, which is a 2-minute walk. The Giralda and the Real Maestranza Bullring are less than 10 minutes by foot. All apartments are non-smoking, and towels and bed linen are included.

Excellent location, very well equipped, very clean, efficient air con, simple but tastefully decorated. Carmen was very friendly and helpful. All went smoothly with the booking. Apartamentos Avenida is in a prime location. What a treat to look out the great corner window and watch all the activity below before going down to explore. It's perfect.The appartment is new and also everything in it.Its location is the best that it could be.Very clean!i would definetely recommend it!!!.
all reviews » The apartment was in a fantastic location. It was located across from the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The beds were very comfortable. Just one or two minutes walk away from the main sight spots, the apartment is well furnitured, very great. Location was perfect, in the city-centre, close to the cathedral. The flat could smell of sewage at times. the only thing that we didn't like but in the end we didn't pay,is that if you arrive after 22:00 you have to pay 20 euros. The shower could only be used as a hand held shower head because the holder was broken. It would have been nice if there were more mirrors in the apt . Only having the mirror in the bathroom made it difficult for multiple users to use a mirror. The staff nearly cannot speak English . For 6 persons (as in the description) the apartment is a bit small. Perfect suited for 4. Hard to find, no Name up. VERY little english by any staff at Apartments. Only one small THIN towel for two nights in Seville climate not enough! No hand towels. Only one tea towel for 5 peoples dishes not enough! No kettle for making tea/coffee. A bit hard to find. Needed to call twice to organise key pick up. Hopeless wifi. Ended up buying simcard. The apartment that we stayed in was not as displayed in the photos shown on letsbookhotel.com, and for a family with 2 adults and 3 children we were extremely disappointed with the size of the apartment. Washing machine did not work properly. Apartments need to be updated! Keys in front door were a problem. I followed the process in Booking according with my necessities. I bought this looking the pictures and description made in Booking and they are very different from the reality. The person in charge in the building said that you have wrong pictures. We spend 2 hours deciding in which of the apartments stay. We had an apartment for 10 people. And noone could sleep there because right on the first floor was a bar with crowds of people who were drinking and shouting till 2 AM. Maybe good windows would help. And another rather disappointing thing: on the morning of our departure I felt sick and could hardly walk but anyway we were kicked out of the apartment at 11 o'clock and had to spend 2 hours on the bench right outside before I could move somewhere else. What is wrong with these people?.
