The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingles in Puerta del Sol, a bit of a longer walk, but worthwhile for the value. The apartment is convenient to the city bus system for transport into and .
all reviews » Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings, that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I strongly recommend it!. Very nice facilities just few minutes walking distance from the Old City and other touristic locations. The appartment itself was very clean, spacious and felt more like a hotel (they provided bed linnen, towels everything) We were with a group of friends and probably caused some noise disturbance to our neighbours, we would like to appologise to them and Cristina the receptionist. This apartment was in an ideal location to be able to see Seville. The terrace was an added bonus. Even though there was a bar downstairs who used the courtyard, there was never any noise. Cristina, in the office, was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Excellent location. Seville is a beautiful city and so much is within easy walking distance of the apartment. Spacious and very clean with good facilities for self catering. Friendly service. Try the cafe/bar below the flats. Very friendly here too!. This was a very nice apartment in a perfect location in Seville. We were 2 couples travelling together. The apt. was perfect for our needs. Access to the building was from a pretty outdoor courtyard. Had a great time in Seville and it felt like home. . The kitchen has glass walls to keep the heat of cooking out of the living area. We walked into the glass until my husband thought to tape a piece of paper to the wall to catch the eye. The air conditioner on the roof leaked water into the bathroom ceiling, dripping on the floor, but maintenance fixed the problem. There was a problem with the wi-fi, but rebooting the server a couple of times seemed to fix it. Unfortunataly in the area there are no free parking. Nothing! The appartment was great. I would have liked a larger coffee pot in the apartment for 4, but really it just meant that we had to have 2 brew ups for us all to have a large strong coffee each. The 2nd bedroom was pretty small and the interior courtyard was not very usable. It's main purpose was to get exterior light into the kitchen and second bedroom. Good for drying clothes. It did not take away from our enjoyment of staying at the apt. Struggled with wi-fi. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling coming through a discoloured broken ceiling tile, a bit worrying if this is the same leak with associated unpleasant smell reported by another reviewer previously. It was slightly difficult to reach staff when they were not in the office. We were unable to get extra blankets that we needed and couldn't reach anyone at 9AM to ask about checkout. Very minor inconveniences though -- the apartment was well worth it!. The staff is in the office for a very limited time. Nothing. There was an unpleasant smell from the sewerage in the bathroom but luckily the weather was nice and we could keep the window open. Nothing. Public parking close to the apartment is different with the parking payment periods only of 2 hour duration during certain periods - we opted for 24 hour charged but covered parking a shortvwalk away - a perfect solution!. Two of the three nights we stayed - admittedly Friday and Saturday - there was very loud music and singing from revellers nearby until 5am. As we were travelling with a small baby, this was quite disturbing. Not the fault of the appartment owners of course, perhaps just the payoff of staying in centre of town, but worth being aware of. Small attention to detail could improve these apartments. There were only 4 wine and 4 fruit juice glasses, could do with some hi-ball glasses and some cereal bowls. Hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels would be beneficial. The address and directions can be confusing, especially for taxi drivers. nothing !. Poor wifi connection!. Perhaps it's wifi range in the appartment.. Not enough kitchen appliances like oven. Would have been better if cleaning was done everyday or on alternate days. The interior patio had a sewage exit so sometimes it was smelling weird. sometimes very noisy (unhappy baby with the neighbors), beds too soft and two separate beds, no real double bed. Noisy at night, apartment needed more soap & towel hangers. Internet was not reliable. Nothing. Wish we could have stayed longer. sometimes noisy - you can hear the horses pulling carriages all day long (even when the double glazed windows were closed). Please be advised the handle on the door comes off in your hand when you pull it to open it. Very bad smell from sewage ruins all the positive side (if you are smell perceptive person). Noisy street is very close. Street rooms very noisy and reception hard to get hold of.Contacting reception especially outside working hours. Bedroom overlooking the patio could do with sun blocked curtain.
