We stayed for only one night, wanted to experience an authentic place instead of the english minded south of Tenerife. Indeed nothing to complain about. Simple but what do you expect for this money? The bed and shower were better than a lot of accomodations we've stayed in. Friendly staff, great location in a nice city. Everybody in Santa Cruz seems to be friendly and relaxed. The staff was great, quite helpfull and the reception was open 24/7. The room (twin bed) didn't have a TV nor air conditioning, but it was really clean and in good condition. So clean! In fact beds were made and bathroom was cleaned every day. Wifi worked really fine.
