Highly comfortable, nice, large rooms and silent rooms, very clean and the free wi-fi. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive.
Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

I loved the fact that we were only a couple of blocks from the beach. The room I had was nice and was very spacious. All the restaurants in the hotel were also nice, especially with the young kids. - balcony view, easy convience to the beach, clean room

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science.
