  One of the best views I've ever seen at a hotel. It's just 3 minutes walking distance to the pubs, clubs and beach. Good swimming pool, many places to sunbathe, many youngsters but also older people so it was never over the top partying that would get people annoyed.   Great location next to Es Trenc, easy access to other places, fabulous swimming deck at the back of the hotel - very friendly staff, really made us feel at home - very clean rooms and common areas.   Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl... what people say » em. Good value for money. - Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of the very expensive port!!!

  Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. If you stay here then you will be on the German side of the beach. Since I live in Germany, i was looking to "get away" for a lil bit but i guess everything else worked out.   I can`t come up with anything to complain on. We had a fantastic staying at hotel Roc Leo and most probably we will come back next year. - convenient location, they put the 3 bookings close together, staff answered queries willingly, comfortable rooms

Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.
