  Easy access from Palma, only 40 minutes by bus, but Esporles remains a typical Mallorcan village unspoiled by mass tourism. The hostal has every comfort, and at a great price. Staff are helpful but unobtrusive - I felt quite at home. Local cafes, bars and restaurants are all good quality and inexpensive. A great base for walking in the Tramuntana ... what people say » mountains. - Characterful old building in lovely mountain village with its own garden where guests can relax. Hotel was good value and had excellent facilities, with friendly, helpful focusing on local cuisine.
