Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013.
Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board)
at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends.
Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet
beach life than during summer season. We got very good and prompt

Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location next to Es Trenc, easy access to other places, fabulous swimming deck at the back of the hotel - very friendly staff, really made us feel at home - very clean rooms and common areas. Food was good, we enjoyed it very much. -

Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. A lot of fun. -

99% of the staff were really great. The apartments were really clean and had all that you need. They could do with updating but not too bad. Food and drink was reasonably priced. -

The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .
