  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... what people say » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Friendly staff, from arrival on reception right down to the cleaners, bar staff including John, a really lovely friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. Lovely food, and a wide choice ... what people say » of breakfast choices, from fruit to fruit juices, tea and coffee mixed rolls and breads cheese and meets. I can't fault anything. - Friendly & helpful staff without being too familiar help make this reasonably priced hotel a place to visit. It's in the centre Of S. Ponsa & just across from the beach. I'd have no hesitation returning.

  It made you feel special with every detail thought through and all the facilities were first class. The food was amazing and the service relaxed and friendly - Really beautiful place mixing authencity and modernity. Very quiet with lots of intimacy,eg private terrace overlooking the countryside with no neighbors.

  Food was excellent,lot to choose from and lot of fresh fruit. Great cakes. Room staff was great as well,cleaning rooms every day which is great after all sand you bring back from day at beach,fresh towels as well every day - The position of the hotel was ideal.... and we really enjoyed the taking advantage of the free entrance to Katmandu Resort ... what people say » which was included. The food is always first class and sometimes exceptional; they produced imaginative alternatives for a non meat eater. The service is friendly, responsive and relaxed. We had high expectations of the hotel and they were exceeded in every respect. - Fantastic peaceful location tucked away in the foothills. A great get away from it all holiday destination. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

  We were interested in wtching the planes taking off and landing at the airport so this hotel was well situated for this.Great Hotel good value for money with excellent staff . - as we were only there for one night that question is hard to answer but the staff were all extremely helpful
