  We got upgraded to a larger room after negotiating with one particularly nice concierge. The lounge areas, breakfasts and swimming pool were all excellent, as was the location. - Staff excellent and very helpful. We had half board and the restaurant was excellent. Wonderful choice at breakfast and interesting menus at evening meals

  The hotel and staff were absolutely superb. Although the restaurant was closed the night we were there the staff went out of their way to prepare us a hot meal. We have stayed in many hotels and the Nastasi ranks among the best. 10/10 - The spa facilities where excellent after a long journey and the restaurant staff very helpful

  This hotel is a bit hidden and a bit smaller than the photos suggest but it's a luxurious mountain retreat. Having a jacuzzi inside your standard room was a new experince for me, one to be remembered. Everything is cozy and well appointed.
