  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Swimming pool is not large, it was fine for off season (may),not sure about summer months,but we prefered bea - The location and poolside bar.   The staff was very polite and service minded. The spa was fantastic and special treatments (relax massage etc.) were very good. - hotel was spotless, staff very friendly and at the poolside was very relaxing and not over crowded

  Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent

  I have never come accross a complex so clean or with such helpfull staff nothing was a problem had a brill time and with out a doubt shall return - The Complex was lovely and relaxing

  Staff was very friendly and helpful even if there were busy all the time. Food was excellent, all drinks, even spirits, included in our 'Caribbean all inclusive' option. Hotel is suitable for both couples and families.

  The hotel is great value for money. The apartments are larger than others I have stayed in the same area. We had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was spotless. There are 2 pools, the smaller one is nice and quiet so we always went to this one. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and there are nice comfy cushions for the... what people say » sun beds. Also if people are reserving the beds with towels reception come out and take their towels, this was great and reserving beds is so annoyin - Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Bar staff were great, Marcelo & Jaen were very welcoming and were great entertainment. Domingo runs the restaurant, he is a fine chef and I would recommend you try the restaurant during your stay. Poolside is covered by a super nice guy Cecilio. More than a lifeguard, he would entertain and teach the kids card tricks and give the adults fitness tuition. Always one to hold an interesting conversation with.

  Los Zocos was budget accommodation but was clean and efficiently run. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful. It is conveniently located for taxis and on the local bus routes. Across the road is the sea-front, cafes and supermarket.
