  Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... what people say » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

  Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! - Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places. Many within 2 minutes... what people say » walk, more within 10 minutes walk. Main centre 20 minutes walk. Staff very helpfull. Packo was great with day time entertainment.

  We found the hotel to be very acceptable, prior to arriving at the hotel we emailed asking them for a refurbished room with a sea view if possible.....their replay was that they would try to accomodate us if possible with regards to our request.....We actualy got what we requested.   Loved everything about the Apartments . Staff were so friendly and helpful . Loved the surrounds flowers and all the plants and shrubs and the place is kept spotless .
