Very friendly owner. He didn't speak English, but communicated well and called upon his son to translate over the phone where necessary. Gave us a comprehensive overview of wine tasting options in the region which was incredibly helpful and also offered to make bookings for tours. The location is good- just a 5-10 minute walk into the old city. -

The pension was fantastic value for the cost. The rooms are large, well equiped, airy, very clean, and comfortable. There are two sharred bathrooms for the 5 or 6 rooms there. The receptionist was so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about the region. She called up some vineyards on our behalf, recommended us some truly amazing tapas bars (and what dishes to order) and even showed us to the car park. The room itself was spotless and the two shared bathrooms were also very clean. Secure and a 5min walk into the centre of town. Great value for money.

We loved the journey up from Logrono through the canyon with the eagles soaring above. When we arrived we were given a warm welcome and complimentary paella. Daniel and Caroline are excellent hosts. Good mountain walks and dinosaur footprints to see! 30 minutes to La Rjoca for wine tasting.
