  Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. - This is the second time we stayed in this hot... what people say » el and it will not be the last one. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Location in the old town is excellent. We like the complimentary mineral water in the room at arrival and the free coffee/tea facilities.

  The rooms were fabulous! Ultra chic and modern with amazing views of the plaza outside, the church belltower next door. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the cathedral and also to many restaurants. The morning buffet in the restaurant is also delicious. I highly recommend dining at this hotel - Wonderful hotel in perfect location, in the very center of Santiago, the cathedral in close walking distance, but still very quiet. &Quot;Superior" rooms are looking to the garden, but also the rooms to the square are not noisy, as the restaurant does not serve outside. I recommend to take the breakfast at the hotel, as it is not so easy to get breakfast outside in (my middle-European...) early timing and desired extent.
