The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our time at Gran via 44, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the suite itself was top class, clean and beautiful, heaps of room for the whole family, they helped us with parking also which was excellent. We ordered breakfast which was beautiful also. 10/10 from us... and the beds were the best - we have stayed in over 10 hotel

Our unit was a 2 bedroom apartment that was Clean, Modern and Large!
Nice toiletries, fancy toilet, and good shower. Great full kitchen
with microwave and basic dishes,etc. Comfortable beds and best
pillows. Heated towel bar! Good location and easy cab ride to Alhambra
or walk to restaurants and shopping. Safe area on busy street. We were
able to store our luggage until our train to Seville. 2 bedroom good
for families.

We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy.
