  The property is in a fantastic location, close to a main highway but you wouldn't know it; no road noise and you can only see trees and countryside from the house. There are also local towns and supermarkets within a few minutes, so supplies are easily available. There is some great walking in the area and plenty or other things to see; Barcelona ... what people say » is only around 30mins away and we also took the opportunity to visit the excellent beach of Platja de Castell, Palamós which was just over an hour awa - Beautiful restored catalan home from 1688. Very well equipped. Excellent contact with our host.

  Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. - Everything was excellent; ... what people say » the club rooms are definitely worth the money. The staff is really helpful and extremely nice. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and the food in the lounge is of the highest quality and amazing taste!! That was my best valentine’s weekend!
