  We are a couple with one teenager and two younger children. We traveled through Spain for 10 days and This hotel was my favorite! Just around the corner for shopping and the beach and a lovely playroom in the cafe area of the hotel that my kids loved so we could relax in the evening or at breakfast.   I liked a lot Barcelona.I is a great city .Hotel Everest was also a very good choice for our holiday .Staff were very friendly. It is really close to Sagrada Familia - 10 minutes walk -for real .Also SANT PAU metro station is nearby.There are very nice place to eat or to drink coffees nearby.Choose room 711 or others like this because has terrace... what people say » and you can smoke!!!At the entrace of the hotel there are two very nice italians at BUON and you can drink the best SANGRIA . In conclusion totally r - I like the location as a solo traveller it is away from the bustle of the centre, but close to La Sagrada Familia and Hospital de Sant Pau. On previous visits I have stayed in one of the apartments - very good. All the rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable. Big bathroom, again spotlessly clen.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful! This family-run hotel is very hospitable and we could also pay at the end of the holiday which made the arrival very smooth and easy. Most of the staff speaks English and one lady speaks Russian. One street away is a great pizzeria that we highly recommend, the food is excellent and the price is perfect.   Very cheap, simple accommodation but with good basic facilities (and good towels). Convenient for local bird sanctuary, for those with a car. Friendly and helpful staff.
