  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see ... what people say » immediately but also for the things that people don't necessarily notice. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. This is a guy you want your daughter to marry, and then to live next door. First of all we would like to thank Carlos. Very helpful administrator! He solved very quickly all the problems. Nice villa, good view, all what you need is car to see all the beauties of Tenerife. Kitchen is fully equipped! Villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We had villa Nr. 32 with WiFi!!! Own garage!

  easy going atmosphere and good priced quality restaurant very handy location to see the islands best scenery - Unusual set up, rooms above shopping centre but all rooms had balconies and we could see La Gomera from ours. Cleaning staff really thorough, room clean with no cockroaches. In a good location.   Great space in good modern design you don't see quite often at destinations like these. Kitchen was very equipped, beds and other furniture in good condition. Some great beaches are nearby, as well as the highway and roads into the mountains, so a great location to start exploring the whole island. Help from the friendly owner was very helpful.
