  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped. I think we were a little spoilt with an upstairs unit giving us a sea view and a private patio, on which to sunbathe, looking out over bougainvillea trees.I Think the d... what people say » ownstairs units may not have been as spacious.   Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available.   A fantastic hotel and good value for the money! We had a nice and spacious studio with a window partly facing the sea. Unfortunately there are no balconies but we could hear the waves at least. The street noise was not bad at all. Very clean bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Fantastic and helpful staff. The closeness to the beach an - The location is very good, one minute from the Ocean side. The staff was helpful and informed us of several deals they had with nearby restaurants (E.G. 7.5 euros for a 3 course sea food dinner), even made a call to make reservations and gave us directions to get around the city. Nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The price was good and the room was big and comfortable. Free and well functioning wi-fi all over the hotel.

I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. - The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.
