Staff couldnt have been better, very clean contemporary hotel, nothing was too much problem, excellent standard overall, Poolside towels provided and double sun loungers.I have never stayed in a 2 */hostel before and it was a much more pleasant experience than many other 4*Hotels .As I was a Solo female guest I could not have chosen a better Hotel

Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

The garden and design of swimming-pool. - Public bus from Palma stops at the hotel. The location by the nature reserve and the sea is very good. The staff are very friendly and skilled at languages. Very convenient hire of bicycles in the hotel itself.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. We stayed May 2nd-6th 2013. The staff and facilities couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We had a great stay at El Hotel Pacha. The staff were friendly and helpful. The design is minimalist with careful detailing. The bedrooms are large and airy and the bed is large and comfortable.
