Staff were ever so friendly. I was only bed and breakfast but the food was great. Room was lovely and it was very peaceful only a few mins walk to the lovely sandy beech. I would definitely stay again and would take my kids there as the entertainment looked great -

Without question, this hotel deserves only praise. Fantastic facilities, friendly staff, welcoming to families and not too big. Excellent location in less crowded part of the long beach strip and fantastic value for money, especially as it offers apartments rather than a hotel room. The area around Port Alcudia is also very interesting to explor

Booking lost my reservation but Hotel Ferrer Concord managed to give us a room anyway (+upgrade for waiting) and everybody was so friendly. The place is amazing and the staff is multi-lingual, could not have been better!!

We have stayed in Cala D'Or Playa from 20 to 27th June. The location, facilities, cleanliness, staff are absolutely brilliant. We had a half board basis, food was delicious, good selection for breakfast, evening meals were amazing - huge variety each night, everything always fresh and hot. Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -
