We got exactly what we expected, very quiet and comfortable place to stay /we tried to avoid noisy areas like Magaluf/. The reception staff were very helpful and nice. We stayed for 4 days and really loved the location - up on a hill with beautiful views over the bay. The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice. We will certainly return for another short and very inexpensive break in the sun!

This hotel is excellent for groups of friends which is basically what magalluf is about. Right in between palma nova and magalluf, the location is Perfect. In our group we were ages 21, 25, 31 and 56 all females. The rooms were basic but clean and functional. Take a hair dryer. You can hire an iron locally from reception. Safety deposit in reception and I would recommend requesting a room by the tennis court even though this is further walk it is much quieter.

The staff friendliness. - I loved the welcoming staff, very friendly the whole stay. The food in the restaurant was also very varied to suit almost everyone. The entertainment for April which is out of season was also quite good.
