  This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can... what people say » as there is a big difference in the rooms. Staff were all very friendly. - My p a booked it for me from the internet, Photos normally lie but on this case they didnt. It was a great staff for me and my young children

  Very attractive apartment hotel in the heart of Playa D'en Bossa. I stayed in a Junior Suite. My apartment was: two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), kitchen (cooker, kettle, fridge, microwave oven and tableware), a sitting room (sofa, coffee table and dining table, LCD TV, alarm clock, charger for the iPhone), bathroom (showe... what people say » r, toilet) and a balcony. In the courtyard of the hotel complex has two swimming pools, a restaurant, Spa and even entry into the minimarket. The brea - The staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to stay at the swimming pool after check out and use showers and clean towels before heading to the airport. Room cleaning service every day. Nice breakfasts with a buffet of a wide choice, but might be boring for a longer stay. Loved the mysic played by DJs by the pool, but might be too noisy for those with small children or searching for quiet holidays.

  Location is prime. I didn't realise at the time, but most of Magaluf is filth. This hotel however is situated at the bottom of the strip, nicely away from that. There was a funny moment when we were chilling out in the outside lobby. It wasn't very warm yet during nights and we asked for some blanket/wrap.   Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). We got a superior room, it was quite specious with big balcony and side ocean view. Relaxi - Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas. One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.
