  That it was clean, the friendly staff, the location of the apartment (close to pool), we liked the "backyard" where our kids could run around. The kitchen was well equipped. - Staff was very helpfull and professional. All in all great place to relax. Pools were good for kids too.

  We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. We selected this resort specifically because we knew it would be raining and cold and we would need something to do with the kids indoors. The rooms were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and we found a zipline park just a few miles away. It was a fantastic few days away for our family.

  The food was excellent. Staff always did their best for us. Which all made are stay memberable. This was are second stay and we will definitely be back. - Friendly staff n service! Nice location, big pool right in the sun. Moderate rates. Wide selection of breakfast and dinner. Indoor swimming pool .

  hotel was excellent good staff exceptionaly clean etc, we went to attend a friends wedding which was also at the hotel and it was excellent the staff could not do enough. - We were there in Feburary and enjoyed our visit so we came back with 6more friends in July and hope to visit again

  The place is right beside everything: beach, shops, restaurants. The staff is very helpful. We had a sofa bed broken in the room and they moved us to a different apartment. It is better to book a 2 bedroom apartment as it is really spacious. The place had all necessary things.   As a single Mum I visited Los Amigos Beach Club with my 10 year old son for a week in April 2013. Fabulous place! Friendly staff, excellent facilities! We had a studio (6E) which was adequate for the the 2 of us and the apartment was kitted out with everything you'd have at home including the dishwasher! Would definitely return but next time a... what people say » little later in the year when the pools are warmer! - The location was excellent, esp if you have a car, as can reach the mountains in 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, also only a short drive to Furmuglia? And shopping centre. All the staff were helpful, but I would especially like to commend Juanina on reception who was very informative and especially polite. Is currently being renovated, staff try to minimize any inconvenience. Great price and good standard.
