  We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. We selected this resort specifically because we knew it would be raining and cold and we would need something to do with the kids indoors. The rooms were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and we found a zipline park just a few miles away. It was a fantastic few days away for our family.

  We liked the facilities, especially the golf coursw which was so handy. The only criticism we had was there were no other restaraunts or bars in the area,but obviuously that did not affect the hotel that was superb and we would definately reccomend it to people, - We're non-golfers and were therefore in a minority but not made to feel so.   As a single Mum I visited Los Amigos Beach Club with my 10 year old son for a week in April 2013. Fabulous place! Friendly staff, excellent facilities! We had a studio (6E) which was adequate for the the 2 of us and the apartment was kitted out with everything you'd have at home including the dishwasher! Would definitely return but next time a... what people say » little later in the year when the pools are warmer! - The location was excellent, esp if you have a car, as can reach the mountains in 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, also only a short drive to Furmuglia? And shopping centre. All the staff were helpful, but I would especially like to commend Juanina on reception who was very informative and especially polite. Is currently being renovated, staff try to minimize any inconvenience. Great price and good standard.

  The hotel was shut. We had no advance notice. We arrived and it was closed, no staff present all locked up. I was not able to read the spanish note on the gate. Luckily the taxi driver remained and helped. He read the notice and drove me to the sister hotel, Cabogata Garden and they were expecting me.   We turned up from the airport at 21.50 and were made very welcome, and was able to have a buffet meal as they were serving until 10.30pm, the dinningroom staff made us very welcome. - only one night no real problems. food ok

  I cannot fault the Sahara Sunset Club one bit. We were a Hens party from Ireland so on first impression we thought we would be too roudly for the families with small children. However we were soon advised of the Roof Top Terrace that is rarely used by small children. The roof terrace had sun loungers, tables and chairs and best of all a jacuzzi th... what people say » at could easily fit 8 people. Believe me we managed to have our own fun without insulting the other holiday makers. The rooms are of good size, very - The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were made welcome. On arrival which was almost midnight we were pleasantly surprised to find a large bottle of water and some milk in our fridge, plus some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Plenty of clean towels and linen. The Casbah cafe served good food at a fair price. Excellent entertainment in the evenings. If I was to go to this area of Spain again I would definately stay here.

  The size of the rooms were excellent the views of the beach were also excellent. The show cooking was very good. Sara the receptionist was particularly helpful.
