  All the staff worked really hard to make our week great, we arrived early but reception staff were really helpful looked after our bags and pointed us in the direction of the bar! Room was great, both room and bathroom were nice and large, plenty of space for all of us. Animation team worked hard to ensure we were included with activities for chil... what people say » dren and adults, English, Spanish and French were all spoken and lots of effort made to include everybody. Great variety of buffet food at all meals a - The complex was spotless clean and very close to the beach. We liked that after the bar closed at 11.30 the lights went off at 12 and the place was very quite great for a good nights sleep. The hotels clientele was mostly French which we found to be very friendly and we found that like us they clean up after themselves and don't leave glasses around the pool for other people to pick up.We were only there on a 3 night stay and we had a great time and found the all inclusive to be great value

  Excellent service, excellent staff at front desk and resturaunt, easy parking, easy internet service, clean rooms, perfect for the price. Will return again and again. - Good on site parking.   The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). I timed the - downhill - walk from the hotel to the beach at 45 minutes, but I'm a slow walker. By car it's obviously much quicker, - The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
