The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!!

A great place to holiday -
It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

Stayed here a few times before and will again. Great location close to everything. Great value for money also for the budget conscious. Has all the facilities one may need and is perfectly clean. The hotel was overlooking the ocean and very close to town. It wasn't the Ritz, but it wasn't a hostel either. Nice that it had a mini kitchen and lanai. The pool and sun deck area were wonderful. I have to say it had the cleanest pool I have ever seen.

We were not expected (communication failure between letsbookhotel.com & appartments) and arrived to a closed reception. Arran arrived within 15 mins of us phoning the tel no on the door and sorted the problem out. It did mean us spending to 1st night at another appartment complex though.

Miguel runs a very happy/jolly family business. He is always smiling and whistling and can not do enough for you. We had booked 3 x apartments all equally good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. The area is beautiful, all staff on the Island were very pleasant. We hired a car but only costs 13 euros from the airport to La Lagunetta

We liked almost everything. For the money you're paying you're getting excellent service. Basic but very clean. Cleaner was there almost every day, towels were changed every other day. 20 euro extra for a 2 bedded apartment to get towels changes each day.
Overall we had a nice stay once we got apartment sorted. Pool was nice
no prob with sunbeds ....always available. I would stay here again.
