  The location is amazing. Looking out over the sea, and Burriana Beach, from all the pretty little terraces that descend from the breakfast patio is just gorgeous. All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and we got a generous welcome drink on the way in and a bottle of wine on the way out. Nerja itself is beautiful and unspoilt. And there... what people say » are plenty of beautiful places nearby to visit like Granada and Frigiliana. We really couldn't fault a thing. - Penthouse views fantastic, although balustrade netting could be neater. A great accommodation for our party of 3 couples. Two comfortable lounges. Garden terraces with loungers on the way to the beach. Lovely environment for terrace breakfast. Good selection of meats and breads at breakfast plus smoked salmon. Location near main beach. Helpful staff and we enjoyed a viewing of other suites in the hotel.

  We found the gentleman at reception extremely helpful in every way from driving us to a petrol station to purchase a few basics because nothing else was open at the hour we arrived to dropping us to the bus to go home and much more part of the highlight to making our stay extremely pleasant.Our villa and the views from it were brilliant.It was very... what people say » comfortable and it had everything we needed. - The staff is very friendly and made our stay there outstanding.   The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated but airy and functional also,air-con functioned perfectly, bed comfortable. Large balcony with panoramic views over sea, town and mountains. There is nowhere in or around Nerja with such views. - The location of the hotel was great - in the outskirts of Nerja, thus no typical noise and crowds of a resort town. The hotel has also its own restaurant where the owner is a chef - food there is delicious, a real gourmet experience

  very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bar for drinks, tapas, food. close to el balcon, central to bars, restaurant and shops. they went out of their way to help us, even walking back to where we had parked our car to make sure it was not in a restricted area. - Good central location, convenient to beaches, many eateries and shops. bar and... what people say » food on site.   Nira was an excellent host. The double bed was very comfortable and the air-con worked fine. Our compact "suite" was on the first floor and was fairly quiet. Free car parking was available nearby. We were given fresh towels on our second day! Hostal Almijara was a real experience and would appeal to those with a loathing of vanilla corporate hotel... what people say » s. - Basic accommodation, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff, good location with parking.
