  We loved our room!!!! It was very spacious and the outdoor porch was fantastic and very peaceful. Our room was always clean. The staff was very prompt and curtious with every request we made. We also had a view of the pool and a little bit of the sea....very beautiful. Breakfast was great. The best we've ever had in Europe. Verry calm situation but only at 10 min on foot alongbeach to porto banus with shops,bars,shops. In front off hotel on thebeach a private beachclub the mistral. Open every day, all year on sunnydays; best natural, fresh fish on bbq of costa del sol. As Arnold said ;"i'll be back".

  in door pool the kindness of the staff and their understanding when i arrived minus my purse which had been stolen at the airport. the fact that there was not maid service every day as in most timeshare/point places. the sales staff being quite kind in not being pushy which i have never found to be the case in other projects in other countries e... what people say » ven my own - The spaciousness, layout and furnishing of the apartments. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. It also helped very much that they spoke excellent English.

  The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). I timed the - downhill - walk from the hotel to the beach at 45 minutes, but I'm a slow walker. By car it's obviously much quicker, - The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.

  I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.The staff were very helpful and polite. The grounds of the hotel were exellent and enjoyed the walk in the gardens. - Fabulous resort and amazing room. Staff lovely and super efficient. Huge childrens pool and lovely park and gardens for young children

  We booked three apartments for a group of friends. The Apartments are absolutely huge, the photos on the website do them no justice they are amazing. The location is so good, right on teh beach and right on the port. No waiting around for taxis which gave us much more time to enjoy our stay. The Plaza Beach club is right on the doorstep which w... what people say » hile a little expensive is definitely worth it. - I have stayed in Park Plaza numerous times with friends. It's ideally located by the beach on one side and Puerto Banus strip on the other. This makes the place an ideal location for those planning to go to Puerto Banus to have a party weekend / week. Ideal for stag dues or hen nights :-)
