all reviews » When we came back from dinner we found a welcome letter, some chocolates and a small bottle of Champagne in our room. A very nice welcome!. It had easy car access with free secure parking and was within walking distance of metro.separate smoking and no smoking areas, super breakfast choice and bar menu. Breakfast is excellent! Flat screen TV are very large!. room was large and comfortable esp beds. Cheerful staff. I liked the location of the hotel as it was easy to get to the airport for my flight the next morning. I also thought that the room facilities and the modern design of the hotels interiors made the hotel an interesting place to stay in. The staff were all very, very kind. Also, the breakfast was great! The best we had in Spain. So allthough it is only 500 meters, you need to take a taxi since the van of the hotel operates between 6.00 and 22.00.Its location is in a light industrial area which has to be walked through to get to the metro, some 400 - 500m distance - which is a bit dark at night. no. hot food not available till after 9pm, inconvenient when you are travelling at odd times and also stuck out by the airport. Very poor selection and availability for room service and the hotel restaurant. This could be improved with little effort.I thought that the room services and food areas were too pricey for what they were. For an airport hotel, the late-night meal provisions were not very convenient. And not enough information on the website on how to get to the hotel from Valencia Airport.We expected that the swimming pool would be bigger and in a lovely garden. The rooms were very clean but too dark for my liking. But this hotel is designed for overnight stays oir business conferences etc. You would not choose to stay here for a sightseeing base. when left and took key the a/c was turned off, it really never cooled off all night long. much too hot for sleeping. dinneroptions only from 9pm until 23pm. IF you have children, this is however not an option. Thereby, there were not mucgh other options, roomservice was limited to a few sandwiches during that time. there was no A/C in the room, we had to call the desk three times to get the problem fixed.The windows were very, very dirt. I didn’t like to pay 13 or 14 eurosbreakfast for my daughter who almost didn’t eat: It was the first hotelof this category that charged a child at breakfast. On the way back Istayed in eurostars gran valencia, also very comfortable, cheap anddoesn’t charge the breakfast for Children. The A/C did not work well. our air-conditioner was in very poor condition. The hotel is on a busy road, close by the airport, you need to have the windows closed. When it was on low the fan rattled, when it was on high it was like being in the airport itself. Also the temperature control was really poor. Other things: the hotel facilities all appeared very worn, carpets dirty, everything very well used.
