Nice cosy hostel, perfectly located in the very center, close to all main city's attractions. Friendly stuff. Ideal for students, young couples, backpackers.

The location.
Cleaniness.
No breakfast available.
Outside noise can be an issue, but what can you expect in a busy city centre like Madrid.
There was no separate bathroom, just a shower stall and sink in the corner of our room. No window or ventilation so lacking in fresh air. Had to go down the hall to use the toilet.
One of the staffs was terribly rude! There are many other hostels
located at the same area, there are many choices.
Could not identify my luggage. Charged €5 for a shower (after
check out).
