  Great design of the Hotel - both exterior and interior. The staff speaks english :) (a bit difficult to find spanish people speaking english). Staff was very helpfull. Rooms are very well equipped. Great location (7mins walk from bus/train station and 3 mins walk from expo zaragoza 2008) - Nice employees

  The staff were really good, especially as I was practicing my Spanish. Taxis, check in , check out went well. Gym staff also really helpful and attentive. That was really good. Good services, internet - generally satisified. The hotel location was also very good. - lovely hotel, very central, very helpful staff

Everything is exellent exept one - windowns are locked so if you like fresh night ang mourning air you'll be failed. - Nice large room in a good location, beautifully decorated and very professional staff. Restaurant (Bearne) is also very good and reasonable.
