  The location was excellent, near Place de Virgen so very central. The staff were outstanding - not all speaking English but still going out of their way to be helpful. We were a group of 4 friends and all felt the same. Rooms had a seating area too which was very pleasant. Nice breakfast outside. The staff was also really helpfull and give us lots of information

  Very friendly staff with good local knowledge. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location was perfect - central to the cathedral and only 10 - 15 minutues from the train station. Excellent for the price - Loved it! The staff/owners were soooo lovely! Really great location right next to the Market. Wonderful price.

  Room was a fantastic size and clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also a good size. The wifi was excellent (the best we had anywhere).   Travelling alone with a bicycle, it is always a worry about the safety of the bike... Hotel staff made sure it was secure upstairs and locked up. Excellent location for the station, bars and restaurants. - It was a lovely and basic hotel, with a pretty good restaurant downstairs. I got a double twin room with a small balcony for 55/night. The view wasn't much to speak of, but the central location was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. I couldn't find the hotel, so they found me and walked me there. I would definitely return. And the water pressure in the shower was GREAT.

Approx 400 metres from Xativa metro and Valencia main train station. Rooms were very simply furnished but immaculately clean, also surprisingly quiet. Gent on desk very friendly and helpful. This is a traditional, simply furnished hotel that is great value for money and I will definately use it again.
