  Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style. Awesome airplane theme throughout the room and hotel. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of one of the main streets in Barcelona. Very comfortable beds... what people say » . Tea & Coffee making facilities were provided along with bathrobes & slippers. The best thing is 'Free WiFi'. Candy and chocolates were kept - We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. During this time we changed 3 rooms. All the rooms were super! at the front desk we were never denied our requests and have always been so kind and welcoming.especially want to note the girls at the front desk. if it was in Russia, we would have long ago been sent). everything was top notch. hotel with a great location. there are no cons.All rooms are cozy and spacious enough. feels like home.In addition to daily (great) cleaning woman come in the evening to p

  The location was perfect, the staff are courteous, polite and helpful. I loved the rooms, they are big and clean. Also, I asked the reception about local places to go and hang out and listen to good music, and they were more than willing to show me where to go. Furthermore, I arrived very early and they accomodated me and allowed me to check in ... what people say » at 10 am. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. - All the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. We were a bithesitant after reading some unfavorable reviews on the website, however,our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, excellent location, nocomplaints at all. The hotel is nearing completion of an upgrade so I was lucky enough to get a room which was better than my budget would normally have allowed.
