Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Jordi was great and a wonderful representative of this hotel. -

A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

As we stayed for 3 nights we got upgraded to Junior Suite. They also had a breakfast offer of just 10euro each for contintental/cooked breakfast. Very good value. LIDL was but a 10 minute walk away, and the beach about 20 mins - The hotel was excellent. It was very modern and tastefully decorated. I would definately stay here again

Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. Very friendly staff. Reception open 24 hours. Very relaxed atmosphere.
I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!
