  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood.   Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without.   Worth to be a 4 stars hotel, new and clean, the double room is big and comfortable, the decoration is very modern. The TV and some electronic equipment is Bang and Olufsen!!! Everything was very good. Highly recommend. - Good location in half way of the airport and the downtown. Nicel, clean and modern.
