  It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything.   The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The location was also very good, a few minutes walk from La Ramblas, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

  Location was near a train station. Staff helped to arrange taxi from Barcelona airport to the apartment and also arrange for early check in. Apartment was in a nice location (near good pizza place, grocery stall and tapas). Apartment is old but bed are comfortable, sheets clean, toilet clean and staff friendly. There is also a washing machine cum dryer in the apartment. - The appartment was spacious, light and airy. Walking distance of many places of interest. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!
