  I stayed at this hotel for almost a month. The staff is excellent...very courteous and helpful. The rooms and other common areas are maintained in excellent and clean condition. I would love to stay here again in the future. - service and privacy

  This was the most comfortable bed of our trip! I wish we could have packed it up and taken it with us... We only stayed here one night after arriving in Madrid at the very beginning of our trip. We can't comment on the location for exploring the area, but it was quite easy to get there from the airport and the metro station is right beside it whic... what people say » h made it really easy to get to the bus station in the morning! - The location is perfect, you can even walk into the city if you don't take the metro.
